We are selling our traditional stone Rodopean house in the village of Polkovnik Serafimovo near Smolyan. The village is about a 15 minute drive to Smolyan, a 40 minute drive to Pamporovo, and an hours drive to the Greek border at Zlatozgrad. When the border opens at Roudozem, it will only be a 20 minute drive to the border. So you can be dipping your toes in the warm Aegean in under 2.5 hrs, or on the ski slopes in 40 mins.
